Angie Minnick
Angie’s love for movement started at a young age. She grew up playing numerous team sports and as she entered adulthood, became passionate about running as a way to continue her love for movement and embrace the physical and mental benefits that come along with it. Angie was first introduced to Pilates in 2015 as a way to supplement her love for running. She quickly fell in love with the Pilates practice and noticed improvements in strength, mobility, and flexibility that not only helped her become a better runner, but also helped her move through life with a little bit more ease. After desiring to grow deeper in her practice, Angie completed her 500 hour Comprehensive Teacher Training in 2019. Angie loves to teach high energy, athletic flows that focus on full-body strength and alignment. She hopes to help you find strength, balance, energy, and community when you step into the studio.

Joanna Rose
Joanna got her start teaching Yoga back in 2018 after receiving her certification from Practice Indie. After trying Reformer Pilates for the first time in 2022 she was hooked. The strong emphasis on core strength felt like the one thing she was missing. Joanna is on a local cycling team - the Awesome Racing Collective (ABC for short!) When not practicing yoga & pilates, Joanna enjoys cycling, trail running, and rock climbing. Because she races bikes, She spends a lot of time using fast twitch muscles and Pilates gives her the chance to utilize the slow twitch muscles which translates to more stability on the bike.

Allie Nash
Allie has been on the move since she was young, starting sports at the age of 5 and continuing on through college. She never thought she would end up on the yoga mat, but after an injury, that's exactly where she found herself. She fell in love with yoga & breathwork and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020. Allie loves to bring her passion for building strength into her yoga flows, which vary in speed and always incorporates spunky music, another one of Allie's loves. She loves working with beginners who want to build a personal yoga practice, and welcomes all to her classes. When Allie is not in the studio, you can find her trying a new workout class, enjoying a live music event, being out and about in downtown Indy with friends, reading, or spending time with her fiance and cat, Luna.

Brandi Thieme
Brandi’s yoga journey began in 2021 after experiencing a sound bath and a gifted free week of yoga! Periodically the thought of becoming a yoga teacher would present itself, but there was always a set-back or reason the idea was not obtainable. Finally, in early 2024 the stars aligned Brandi no longer had a reason as to why she couldn’t participate in yoga teacher training. She completed the 220-hour YTT with the Rebel Hearts Movement Collective in Indianapolis, under guidance from Guru Jai Kaur (Alexa Halstead) and Megan Zirkelbach. During her training, Brandi learned to enjoy meditation and breathwork– incorporating both into her own practice. During her YTT, Brandi was introduced to yogic sleep, or “Yoga Nidra”. She quickly understood the benefits and the need for Nidra in daily life. Brandi has participated in a 40-hour Yoga Nidra YTT, where she studied under Erin Polley.
Brandi enjoys daydreaming of her next travel adventures with her husband and supporting small and local businesses, especially women-owned. Brandi believes yoga is for everyone, and is elated to share her body movement flows, as well as, the Earth-side magic of Yoga Nidra.

Courtney Summers
I am an Indiana native and attended IU in Bloomington. I have been teaching yoga since 2016 - and am now venturing into the Pilates realm. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and taking Pilates Reformer classes for about the same amount of time. I love how they are both different, but compliment each other so well! I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor - and am currently receiving my Comprehensive Pilates certification from Era Pilates. I love mindful, intentional movement that helps build strength and flexibility - as well as movement that helps to facilitate a mind-body connection.
When not in a studio, I love live music, traveling, reading, trying local restaurants, being out in nature, being at home (big introvert!), and spending time with my dogs.
